You can change your password via the website or the app.
A strong password has at least 8 characters. We recommend a combination of uppercase and lowercase characters, consisting of a combination of letters, numbers and at least one symbol, such as *, !, or #. Avoid using one of your previous or existing passwords.
Change your password on the website:
- Navigate to My Account via the menu and click/tap in the Password field.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password and confirm and save.
Change your password on the app:
- Navigate to My Account and select (Change your) Password.
- Enter your current password - iOS only
- Enter your new password, confirm it and save.
